Being rather risk adverse, I asked Kam a lot of questions and needed lots of guidance. At no time did I feel patronised, persuaded to a course of action I didn't want to take or out of touch with Kam. He was always prompt in reply to my emails/texts/calls. It helped as he has done the process many times for himself. He was clear in his proposal and if there were any queries or obstacles these were dealt with and it felt as in control as a process as it could do considering I hadn't done this type of thing before. I would recommend Kam wholeheartedly. He has taken my project from start to finish and made it a success and really knows what he is doing. If I had tried to do it myself it would have taken three times, along with many pitfalls along the way. Kam knows the pitfalls and has the experience to deal with anything untoward, he is unflappable. The best thing about him though is his unassuming nature and sense of humour" |
